The process flow of the flexographic printing machine mainly includes the following steps:

1. Prepress preparation. This stage includes determining the printing variety, number of colors, printing materials and other information, conducting screen design and plate making, deploying printing ink, and preparing auxiliary equipment.

2. Plate preparation. Select appropriate flexible materials, such as polyester, nylon, etc., to make printing plates according to printing requirements. The printing plate is processed to have specific graphics and blank areas.

3. Ink. Apply an appropriate amount of ink on the printing plate so that the ink evenly covers the graphic area. Characteristics such as viscosity and drying properties of the ink need to be selected based on the printing material and requirements.

4. Paste version. Fit the printing plate to the printing roller to ensure a tight fit between the printing plate and the printing roller to prevent leaks or blurring during printing.

5. Printing. Through the rotation of the printing roller, the graphics and text on the printing plate are transferred to the printing material. During the printing process, it is necessary to maintain constant rotation to ensure printing quality.

6. Dry. The ink on the printing material is quickly dried through hot air, infrared rays, etc., so that the ink is fixed on the printing material and is not easy to fall off or change color.

7. Collect paper. Roll up the printed printing materials for subsequent processing or delivery to customers.

8. Clean. Clean the printing press to remove residual ink and impurities and prepare it for the next printing.
